What is life on the frontline really like? In the first episode of PSNI Beyond the Badge, we chat with officers from the BBC documentary ‘Peelers’ about the realities of frontline policing. They discuss why they chose policing, the realities of responding to incidents, the importance of teamwork, and what it means to support people during difficult moments in their lives. This is an honest conversation about public service, community connection, and the professionalism, courage, and compassion required in modern policing.
